Sarah Mitton

Age Friendly Communities Manager at Clarion Futures, Chair of Age Friendly Communities Network and Northern HAYN

I have worked for Clarion Futures for almost 6 years as Heritage Project Manager, Youth Engagement Manager and (most recently) an Age Friendly Communities Manager. I manage our youth social action programme, which has engaged over 6000 young people since 2018, our Innovation Lab series exploring new approaches to community challenges, and a newly launched Homeshare scheme, offering shared intergenerational living for younger and older residents. One of my strong beliefs is that we achieve more when we work together!

(Sarah also Chairs Northern Housing Association Youth Network, which is supported by Northern Housing Consortium. For more info please email info@ceci.org.uk
