We will be contacting vulnerable customers needing to self isolate
We’ll be contacting our more vulnerable customers this week, including all those over 70 without any known support, to ask about arrangements in place whilst they’re self isolating.
When we do this, we’ll ask how you or your family member will manage over the coming months and if there are others available to help with essential supplies such as shopping and medication, and keeping in touch with others. We’ll be offering support wherever we can.
We’ll never ask for any personal financial information. If you’re unsure and want to check you’re being contacted by a member of the Loreburn team, please feel free to hang up and contact us directly on our general telephone number.
Despite the huge efforts and kindness of many, sadly, fraudsters will still operate. Never give out any personal or financial information, even when it seems genuine.
