About the network and chair
Michael McLaughlin
Digital Lead at HACT, Scotland Network Chair
I have worked in social housing for over 18 years, focusing much on digital throughout, including managing a Scottish Government funded project to increase increasing digital services and access in communities situated within the top 5% of the Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation (SIMD). As a key part of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) Innovation and Future Thinking team, I continue to have a keen interest in the promotion of digital solutions and innovation in our communities. As Chair of the Scotland network, I want to create a space where staff from Scottish social housing organisations can come to discuss some of the more strategic thinking around their community investment activities, and provide a genuine platform for good practice sharing and collaborative working.

Stay connected between meetings
The Centre uses Basecamp, an online collaboration space, to help network members stay connected in between meetings. On basecamp you can:
- Ask questions and share resources with other members of the network
- Access notes from previous network meetings
- View dates for upcoming meetings
