This report offers a snapshot of how Clarion Housing residents coped with some of the challenges faced during the COVID-19 lockdown. It provides early findings from this year’s Clarion Index, an annual survey of 2,000 residents, which has been running since 2012.

Over the years, findings from The Index have been used to shape Clarion’s services, identify support needs and target initiatives. They have also used The Index to track wellbeing indicators, including whether residents feel in control of what happens in their lives.
