We had a conference call with a number of community investment professionals yesterday.

Primary focus for all is in identifying and calling all residents aged over 70, especially those with underlying health conditions.

Some had already contacted 65% of their residents in this category, in just one week, by pulling in staff resources from teams across the organisation.

Other vulnerable groups people were planning to contact next included:
    • over 60 year olds
    • those with potential financial issues (identifying them through previous rent arrears)
    • those with potential food poverty issues (identifying them by customers who’d signed up to holiday hunger programmes)
    • those facing domestic abuse

HACT has published three free data downloads that are now available on its web site.

One will help you identify vulnerable residents, at-risk groups and key workers in your local area in England.

The second will help you identify vulnerable residents, at-risk groups and key works in your local area in Scotland.

The third will help you identify vulnerable residents, at-risk groups and key works in your local area in Wales.

Hi Matt, the England link doesn’t appear to work.

@TRDB The link for England should be going to: https://hact.org.uk/community-insight-data-download
